The information on this website is general information about TrustShyft, AI governance and human oversight, provided by Sandra Farquhar trading as TrustShyft. It is not legal, regulatory, financial or other professional advice, and you should not rely on it as such.

TrustShyft does not determine compliance. The platform records that a named person made a decision. It does not certify, verify or conclude that any decision, AI system or organisation complies with any law, standard or regulatory guidance. Each customer remains responsible for its own regulatory obligations and for the decisions its people make.

References to regulators and standards. This site refers to guidance and standards such as ASIC guidance on AI, APRA CPS 230 and CPS 234, the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. These references explain the context we work in. They do not mean that any regulator or standards body endorses, or is affiliated with, TrustShyft.

The framework. Behavioural Governance for AI™ is our framework for thinking about human oversight of AI. It is still developing and is offered as a perspective, not a proven or guaranteed method.

Examples. Examples, scenarios and screenshots on this site illustrate how the platform can be used and use synthetic data. They are not records from a real customer, and they do not promise particular results.

We work to keep the site accurate and current but do not guarantee that it is complete or error-free. Subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on it.
