These terms apply to your use of this website, run by Sandra Farquhar trading as TrustShyft (ABN 56 708 268 607). By using the site, you agree to them. They do not cover use of the TrustShyft platform, which is governed by the agreement signed with each customer.

2. Using the site

You may use the site for lawful purposes. You must not:

• interfere with the site’s operation or security, or try to gain unauthorised access
• copy, scrape or harvest content or data from the site by automated means
• use content from the site to train AI models or to build a competing product or framework
• use the contact form to send spam, unlawful or misleading content

3. Information on the site

Content on the site describes TrustShyft and our views on AI governance and human oversight. It is general information, not legal, regulatory, financial or professional advice. Product features and availability described on the site may change. What a customer receives is set out in their agreement with us.

4. Intellectual property

TrustShyft™, Behavioural Governance for AI™ and Programme Shyft™ are our trade marks. We own or license the text, images, graphics, frameworks and design on this site. You may view and print pages for your own reference, and quote short extracts with attribution. You may not otherwise reproduce, adapt or use them commercially without our written permission.

5. Links to other sites

We link to other websites, including regulators’ guidance, for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website, including indirect or consequential loss. Where our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited, where the law allows, to supplying the relevant service again or paying the cost of doing so.

7. Privacy

We handle personal information collected through the site under our Privacy Policy and Cookie and Tracking Notice.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page applies from its effective date.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, and the courts of Queensland have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
